All YAAP members are invited to our Annual Potluck Dinner on August 17, 2026
OSU Extension Center 1211 SE Bay Boulevard Newport, OR 97365 Bring your favorite dish to share, and plates and cutlery for your party and enjoy an evening of in-person connection with other YAAP members at our annual Outdoor Potluck and Club Awards at the OSU Extension Center. Dinner bell rings at 6PM. Come between 5 and 5:30 if you can to help set up. Following dinner, we will present club awards, People’s Choice image awards and see a recap of the selected MEID images from the 2025–2026 photo year. YAAP members, please refer to the email on July 20 for People’s Choice submission guidelines. This is also Dues Night. $15 for YAAP members who are not members of YAA. $10 for YAAP members who are also YAA members.
