The Columbia Council of Camera Clubs, also known as The 4Cs, is the Pacific Northwest regional organization in which YAAP is a member club. The mission of The 4Cs is to promote photography knowledge and fellowship between member clubs and organizations. This is accomplished through sponsoring photography competitions and an annual convention. In addition to the Monthly EID, in which member clubs select the highest scoring images to move on to the regional competition, the 4Cs runs a quarterly competition in which individual photographers directly submit their images for judging.

QEID submission information can be found here on the 4Cs website.

The Quarterly Electronic Image Division (QEID) competition is open for entries in January (Winter QEID), April (Spring QEID), July (Summer QEID) and October (Fall QEID). The entry period is approximately 30 days before the end of these months.
