Join us on November 1, 2021, for a Zoom presentation by Jim Lavrakas about his three decades as a photographer with the Anchorage Daily News. Jim was part of the Daily News team that won a Pulitzer Prize Gold Medal for Public Service for a series of stories, called “A People in Peril”, dealing with alcoholism and self-destructive behavior of Alaska Natives.
At our first meeting for the month of October, we will get to see the images from our recent Oregon Coast Aquarium photo shoot, with each member selecting up to five favorite images to share. Monday, October 4, 2021 Meeting
